Took a tour of Florence and Pisa on May 5, 2010 with Guiseppe from Liverno. Due to a sudden storm in Villefrance, all ship passengers were bused to another port and we did not arrive back at the ship until 4AM. RCI was unable to give me an exact time of arrival and departure in Liverno, so I asked them to call Tuscany Tours and cancel our reservation. We were pleasantly surprised to find Giuseppe waiting for us when we disembarked at 2:45 PM and he managed to give us a complete and interesting tour of Florence and Pisa and extended our tour to 10PM. He had patiently waited for us all day! He speaks fluent english and our group of six appreciated his use of the microphone in the van. We took three others private tours on our trip and I have to say that Giuseppe was the best tour operator of all! Thank you for the wonderful service.

We cannot thank Paola enough for the fantastic tour she gave us of Pisa and Florence in April of this year! We took this tour with 6 more people from our cruise ship which docked in Livorno. Paola met us at the ship and took us on an absolutely wonderful tour, seeing all the sights and enjoying her terrific knowledge of her city and the attractions we saw. Paola is entertaining, very knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. Another plus - she has a microphone in her van, enabling even those sitting in the back seat to hear her commentary very well. We loved this tour and it was well worth the price.

Thank you Paoloa and Guiseppe for putting together a beautiful day in the Tuscan countryside for us. I had said in my email that I was a wedding photographer and would like to see castles, take photos of the beautiful countryside, go wine tasting, have a nice lunch and possibly San Gimignano..and we did exactly that! Guiseppe's knowledge of the monasteries, villas, local squares, and wine growing truly enhanced our experience and brought it all to life. Christian's restaurant perched on the hillside was also a perfect stop for lunch. We highly recommend your excellent tour company.

Giuseppe picked us up in Livorno and drove us to Pisa and with a slight detour through lovely Tuscan countryside to Florence and gave us a absolutly wonderful driving and walking tour of Florence. Giuseppe was very considerate of Linda's hearing disability when describing and showing the many interesting renaissance features of Florence and also considered my inability to walk long distances. Paola & Giuseppe- you guys were terrific. Our day started with Paolo in Pisa and ended with Giuseppe in Florence. Even though Paola was feeling ill - she was a terrific guide and very knowledgeable.
