A totally unique way to enjoy the city, especially when the summertime temps make the daytime too hot to appreciate all of the artistic, cultural and architectural beauty of Florence. This tour was designed to give guests to the city the opportunity to enjoy the golden lights along the Arno River and the illuminated monuments, churches and palazzi that make up the Renaissance city.
The tour begins around twilight when your guide will meet you in the Piazza della Repubblica, where the old Roman Forum was laid, you begin your walking tour around the most famous places in Florence. Not only will you see the city in a completely different light: but you will also be introduced to the “dark side”.
The path you will follow will include the lovely street of via Tornabuoni, the street of luxury with several high end stores then Santa Trìnita Bridge, “the most elegant bridge of the world”. The tour includes visits to Via Maggio and Pitti Palace on the other side of the Arno river.
