Half-Day Exploring Florence and its treasures
Stroll the cobblestone streets of Florence while your guide introduces you to the legends, the architecture and the culture that make Florence known as the Renaissance City. Not only will she point out important historic sites, but introduce you to the Florentine culture, indicating boutiques for shopping, restaurants, and gelaterias (ice cream shops).
Some of the sites you will see (external visit): House of Dante, Piazza Repubblica, the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) and Piazza Signoria.
Together with touring the classical sites, in these four hours we will concentrate on bringing the city alive for kids of all ages. Combining the colorful stories and legends that appeal to young inquisitive minds with creative games and activities.
Your Guide especially enjoys showing off Palazzo Vecchio with kids, for example, the apartment of the Medici family where you play part in a treasure hunt looking for a special symbol painted by Cosimo I.
